"I Need a Website Designer." You, Tagged by Clients, Every Time.

A done-for-you workflow from first inquiry to happy referral... built in your tools, run without you chasing anything.

It’s a Thursday evening, your favorite one of the month. It’s book club night, and most of the members are already seated at your favorite table, hands wrapped around cups of tea, laughing at someone’s story.

You stare up at the menu, taking in this month’s flavors when your phone buzzes. You’ll look at it later. Then it buzzes again. And again. You’ve got some time before it’s your turn, so you pull it out of your pocket and see multiple notifications from Threads.

First you chide yourself for forgetting again to turn off notifications, and then open the app. In the notifications, you see yourself tagged in three separate posts. Every mention is from a client (ones you LOVED working with). You open each thread and there it is, three times over: "I need a website designer."

You smile to yourself. It always feels so good to know your clients love you, and your work, so much that they don’t hesitate to recommend you.

Ever since you got everything out of your head and into a system that runs it, this has been happening almost every day. Clients were always happy. But now they’re mentioning your name every chance they get.

You feel confident in passing up those not-quite-great-fit projects because you have a choice of inquiries coming in, with lots that are just like your favorite clients.

Maybe that’s not your Thursday evening experience… yet

Right now you're in a different chapter of the same story:

Your business has been fine. You've had projects. Clients loved your work. But love isn't the same as three tags on a Thursday night. And you're squeezing creative time between inbox maintenance and meetings.

The difference between the two versions isn't talent. It's what happens between "new inquiry" and "final invoice." And that part... you get to choose.

Two chapters, side by side

The chapter you're in

Every new client is manually onboarded... rebuilt from memory, slightly different every time

"Where's that project at?" means scrolling three tools and your own inbox to find out

Creative time happens in the gaps between meetings and inbox maintenance

The chapter you're headed for

Every client gets the same thoughtful experience, without you rebuilding it from scratch

One glance and you know exactly where every project stands

Two full days on your calendar that are just design work

One workflow, hello to referral

New inquiry — Every lead gets a response, a next step, and a place in your pipeline. Nobody sits in your inbox waiting for you to remember them.

Signed — The yes triggers everything: contract, invoice, welcome, kickoff scheduling. Your client feels taken care of with barely any effort on your part.

In progress — Check-ins send themselves, files land where they belong, and your client always knows what's next. One glance at your board tells you where every project stands.

Wrapped — Offboarding that feels like a gift, not a fizzle-out. The testimonial ask goes out on time because nobody has to remember it.

Referring — Past clients stay warm, the referral ask happens, and your name keeps coming up in other people's threads.

“Our old system was a scrappy workaround. Now we have an all-in-one solution that actually works for how we operate—and where we’re headed. I can see this scaling with us, not just for 2x growth, but 10x.”

How Lead to Love works

1. Workflow Strategy Call (2 hours) — We map your entire client journey, hello to referral: every touchpoint, every handoff, every follow-up. You leave knowing exactly what's getting built and what I need from you before the sprint.

2. The Sprint (1 week) — I build your full workflow in your CRM and project management tool, connect the pieces, and upload up to 100 existing leads. You keep running your business... I need you reachable, not working.

3. Live Training — A walkthrough of your new system, built for how your business actually runs. Team? They're trained. Solo? You get the full tour yourself.

4. 30 Days of Async Support — Starting the Saturday after your sprint wraps, send questions as they come up... any day, even Sunday night when you're poking around the system. I respond within 48 hours during office hours.

5. 90-Day System Refinement — After you've lived with the workflow, we get on a 45-minute call, and I make the adjustments within 72 business hours. Must be booked within 90 days of Lead to Love week.

What I need from you:

  • Access to your tools before the sprint begins

  • All assets delivered 48 hours before the sprint starts (we decide exactly what during the strategy call)

  • During sprint week: availability to respond within 30 minutes, 9-5 Central, via Google Chat (no Zoom calls, promise)

What the other version of you is up to

You come home from a three-day conference to find every new contact already followed up with, sorted, and waiting in your pipeline.

Your calendar has two full days a week with nothing on them but design work. Not "catch up on admin" days. Design days.

You spend a week in the mountains, screen-free, and come back to a business that ran without you... clients updated, check-ins sent, nothing on fire.

Who’s Building It

Hi, I’m Jacki, a Manifesting Generator, superhero geek, and Dungeons & Dragons nerd.

I've been managing projects for over 30 years... science center remodels, launch management, and now project management for web designers.

I live and breathe systems and know how important it is to find a system that works for you… not shove a square peg in a round hole. I love working with creatives... especially the ones who swear they're "not systems people." You are. You've just never had a system built for how you actually work.

Available Add-ons:

  • Additional offers/packages: $1,000 USD each

Is this your story?

Lead to Love is for you if:

  • You're a web designer with an established business and steady projects

  • You have an offer that sells... it's the everything-around-it that's held together with memory and good intentions

  • You're ready to hand off the follow-ups, handoffs, and check-ins to a system (not a new hire)

It's not for you if:

  • You're still figuring out your core offer (no big, this just isn’t the right season)

  • You want to learn to build systems yourself (I build it for you, then teach you to run it, not to construct it)

  • You're looking for a tool recommendation and a template (this is strategy + a custom build, not a starter kit)

Questions You Might Have

Choose your ending

Ending one:

Next Thursday looks like every Thursday. Projects moving, clients happy enough, creative time squeezed between inbox maintenance and meetings. It's fine. It's been fine.

Ending two:

You're in line at the coffee shop, phone buzzing. Three tags. Three past clients telling someone new: you need this designer. And your only job tonight is book club.
