Lead to Love: Design Your Client Journey + Build Systems That Actually Stick

You’ve got brilliant services. But the backend? It's a tangle of memory, friction, and too many sticky notes.

Lead to Love gives you the structure you’ve been craving — and the support to actually build it, without getting stuck in tech spirals or decision fatigue.

A custom plan, a clear walkthrough, and six weeks of project management + Voxer support while you implement.

Let’s See If It’s a Fit

Answer a few quick questions and I’ll follow up personally.

This is for you if:

✔ You’re ready to treat your client experience like the backbone of your business
✔ You don’t want to hand things off — you want to build it your way, with support
✔ You want your systems to reflect your values, not just your tasks
✔ You’re craving clarity and structure (not a total overhaul)

“Jacki showed me what I needed to focus on within the tools I already had.”
— Bridget Baker, Brand & Website Designer

You’ll walk away with:

  • A client journey mapped from first inquiry to final goodbye — including onboarding, delivery, and offboarding steps

  • A system that fits your energy, your values, and your actual tech stack

  • Six weeks of hands-on support to help you implement with clarity and momentum — without doing it all alone

“After working with Jacki, my business is a much more supported, sustainable creature.’”
— Serena Hicks, Money Mindset Coach

Before Lead to Love:

Your client process lives in your head. Onboarding slips through the cracks. And your workflow depends on memory and a few saved emails.

After Lead to Love:

You have a simple, sustainable system that reflects your values, saves your time, and actually gets used. You know what happens when. You know where to find it. And your clients feel the difference

Curious? Let’s Talk

Start with a short form — I’ll let you know if it’s a match.

What the Lead to Love process looks like:

Phase 1: Strategy + Mapping

Two weeks of 1:1 calls and exercises to clarify, document, and design your entire client journey. You’ll get a visual walkthrough of your system, plus a Loom video so you can revisit and share it easily.

Phase 2: Supported Implementation (6 weeks)

You’ll build. I’ll be in your corner. Here’s what that includes:

  • Weekly check-ins to review progress, refine the plan, and spot roadblocks

  • Voxer access during support hours so you can get unstuck in real-time

  • Light project management so things don’t fall off your radar

This isn’t “send me a Loom and wait a week.” You’ll have ongoing access to a real human who gets your brain and your business.

“Jacki asked questions I hadn’t even considered, which prompted the creation of a custom plan centered on connection and authenticity.”
— Mindy Carlson, Artist & Mix Community Founder

Let’s Talk About Your Client Journey

What This Isn’t

This isn’t a hands-off, done-for-you package — and it’s not a course you’ll forget about next week.

Lead to Love is for folks who want to stay in the driver’s seat — but don’t want to build alone.

  • Not looking for a total system overhaul? Perfect. We’re working with what you already have.

  • Need tools that fit your brain, your bandwidth, and your business? That’s exactly the point.

  • Want a clear path and a real human to check in with along the way? You’ll have that too.

If you’re looking for a plug-and-play template or someone to take it off your hands completely, this probably isn’t for you.

But if you want your system — built your way — with support that actually sticks? Let’s talk.

“I’ve told several people how much I’m enjoying working with Jacki. She’s in her zone of genius. She pokes at me if I don’t do what I’m supposed to. She does what she’s supposed to. And then she just… be’s.”
