Step 01: Map the Ideal Onboarding Workflow (Session 1)
We outline your onboarding from “booked” to “ready to begin delivery,” including:
what happens when
what triggers what
what’s automated vs manual
what assets you need and where they belong
No building yet—just clarity and a clean plan.
Step 02: Draft Your Assets (Homework + review)
You draft the content that powers your onboarding (emails, forms, proposals/contracts, guides). You send everything to me before Session 2—and I review it so we can stay in build mode when we meet.
Step 03: Upload + Refine Assets (Session 2)
We implement your assets inside your tools and refine them for:
clarity
consistency
client compliance
flow alignment (everything matches the workflow map)
Step 04: Create Automations (Session 3)
We build the automation layer so your process runs with less effort:
triggers and sequences
task creation and reminders
clean handoffs between steps
We keep it streamlined and reliable (not complicated and fragile).
Step 05: Test the Workflow (Homework)
You run a “test client” through onboarding and report what’s unclear or broken
Step 06: Finalize the Workflow (Session 4)
We fix what broke, simplify what’s too much, and lock it in:

Step 07: SOP Week (documentation)
After our final coworking session, I create simple SOPs based on what we built (and what I’ve been documenting all month).

Step 08: Two Weeks of Troubleshooting Support (tickets)
