Why Your Business Might Be Misaligned (Even If You’re Doing Everything “Right”)
I’m a systems strategist. I can build workflows, automations, and onboarding processes in my sleep.
But for years, I was overthinking, under-resting, and slowly burning out… not because my systems were bad, but because they were based on a version of success that didn’t include how I actually work best.
That all shifted when I started using personality and energetic frameworks not as rules—but as care instructions.
What I Learned from My Own Personality Map
Let’s break down what these frameworks showed me—and how that insight changed my business for the better.
1. INTJ (Myers-Briggs) → Strategic Vision Requires Breathing Room
As an INTJ, I’m a long-range thinker and obsessive optimizer. I want systems that work—and if I smell inefficiency, I’m rewriting the process before I finish my coffee.
This showed me why I get twitchy with micromanagement, thrive on asynchronous collaboration, and need big chunks of solo time to mentally map things out. My client experience now accounts for that—giving me fewer meetings, clearer expectations, and built-in space to think.
2. Enneagram 5w6 → Information as Protection
My core fear? Being incompetent. So I hoarded knowledge, re-read emails five times, and avoided visibility opportunities like podcast interviews (even while teaching others to simplify their workflows).
But now, I use that pattern strategically—giving myself room to research, yes, but also installing boundaries that stop me from spiraling. Internal trust, not just endless prep, is the new metric.
3. CliftonStrengths: Input, Learner, Achiever, Intellection, Relator → Deep Focus over Constant Hustle
These strengths confirmed what I already suspected: I’m here for meaningful work, not performance-based visibility.
This is why my services are built around deep collaboration, long timelines, and space for reflection. It’s why I’m never going to be the person posting three times a day for the algorithm—and that’s a feature, not a flaw.
4. Human Design: Manifesting Generator, Sacral Authority, 4/6 Profile → Fast Action Follows Deep Curiosity
Here’s the real magic: once something clicks for me, I move fast. Like “launch an offer in a weekend” fast. But it has to feel aligned—gut-level, sacral yes aligned.
This is why I teach client journey design through experimentation, not rigidity. Systems have to breathe. And when something stops feeling right? We pivot, without shame.
5. Working Genius: Wonder + Discernment → Strategy Needs Space to Breathe
My genius zone is asking the big questions—and knowing instinctively which ones are worth answering. That’s why I love strategic sessions and hate filler content. That’s why I need room to refine, not just rush to produce.
My business is now built to honor that rhythm. Yours can be too.
6. Astrology: Capricorn Sun, Virgo Moon, Pisces Rising → Practical Dreaming Is My Love Language
Yes, I’m the person with a Notion dashboard and a playlist for moon phases. For me, the magic happens when structure and imagination meet.
This helped me finally stop forcing myself into either-or thinking: You can be strategic and intuitive. You can love data and energy work. And your business can reflect all of you—not just the parts that are easy to explain in a sales call.
What It All Comes Down To
If you’re building a business that ignores your energy, your wiring, your rhythm… it’s going to feel like a fight.
But when you know your strengths, trust your instincts, and create systems that fit you, not someone else's blueprint? That’s when things get easier. Not effortless—but way more ease-filled.
You stop questioning every decision.
You start saying no faster.
You build services that feel energizing, not draining.
And your clients? They feel it too.
