  • Nope. I don’t believe in forcing one-size-fits-all solutions. Every business is unique, and your client experience should fit how you work best—not someone else’s idea of “the right way.” Instead, I help you refine your process based on what feels good, makes sense, and works for you.

    That said, if I have a tool, framework, or resource that could be useful to you, I’ll share it—but I’ll never expect you to fit into a pre-built system that wasn’t designed with your business in mind.

  • Before our call, I’ll send you a brief intake form to pinpoint the challenge you want to focus on. That way, we hit the ground running when we meet.

    During the 60-minute Zoom session, we’ll dig into the issue, troubleshoot roadblocks, and create a custom action plan to move forward. You’ll leave with clear next steps and recommendations, plus a follow-up summary so you don’t have to take frantic notes.

  • Because my support is customized and time-based, I do not offer refunds once we start working together. However, I understand that life happens, so you’re entitled to one free reschedule for the Quick Boost session, as long as you provide at least 24 hours' notice.

    If you need to reschedule more than once, there will be a $50 rescheduling fee to compensate for my time and calendar adjustments.
